Hi, my name is Jose and I’m from Queretaro, Mexico. I’m in the class of ’23 for the master’s in urban planning and I’m currently on my third semester. I’ve always been taught that you should leave a place better than when you got there, and through my studies I aspire to play my part in making Queretaro a global city. In my time in Boston and NU PLACE I want to help my peers, and in particular those with Hispanic heritage, to access the opportunities available to them.
