My name is Shalini Shukla, and my pronouns are She/Her. I am pursuing a Master’s in Project Management and am expected to graduate in Summer 2023. My goal is to become a project or program manager in the IT domain. Through NU PLACE, I hope to contribute my enthusiasm and all my will and knowledge to support students and provide them with all the resources available under the NU PLACE initiative umbrella and upgrade my skills as a DEIA practitioner. I want to bridge the gap between the students by creating a more accessible and freer atmosphere where they can share and talk about issues related to diversity, equality, inclusivity, professional development, mental health, and more. I aim to provide all the resources and support required to the marginalized voices and empower them in achieving their career goals.
