The Disability Leadership Cohort provides a supportive space where students with disabilities can connect with professionals with disabilities to share their lived experiences, explore their disability identity, and grow their professional skills. This 6-month program consists of 1 on 1 mentoring with an Accenture employee and monthly cohort calls on important professional and disability topics with all participants.
What are the benefits of participating in the Cohort?
Through individual mentoring relationships and cohort calls, participants support, learn from, and grow with each other. Students will become better equipped and positioned for whatever careers they are interest in.
- Expand your professional network.
- Increase your sense of connection to the disability community.
- Shape your personal and professional journey as an emerging leader.
- Learn from someone with shared disability experience.
- Build your skills and competencies.
