I am a junior in the Digital Communication & Media program, graduating in 2024 and I will become an ethical marketer or user experience designer and eventually start my own consulting business and non-profit foundation. I would like to help create a more equitable and enjoyable environment for people to enter, re-enter, and continue being in the workforce – focusing on LGBTQ+ issues, women, non-traditional students/workers, and individuals with disabilities. I would like to research the benefits of remote work and create educational programming/training for companies looking to hire.
