sheLEADS: Women in Leadership is a series of discussion sessions specifically focused on individuals who identify as female and who have secured leadership roles within a variety of career fields.

Each session features a female-identifying guest speaker or speakers from a specific industry or career field who will discuss their career path(s), and how they were able to overcome obstacles to rise in the ranks to their current role(s). Speakers also provide suggestions and advice to students who are interested in taking on leadership roles, whether that is during an academic program or beyond. There is also a dedicated portion of the session devoted to student Q & A, so that participants are able to have their questions answered by the guest speaker(s) and further the conversation.
