Hi! My name is Shawne Laquindanum and I’m a second-year Computer Science major. I’m currently involved in Barkada, Northeastern’s Filipino cultural club, and I’m also an alum of Khoury First and the Summer Bridge Program. I’m incredibly excited to be a Peer Mentor this year because I know firsthand how real imposter syndrome can be when starting out in college. I’m here to support first-years as they navigate this new chapter, because no one should feel like they’re doing it alone!
