Hello! My name is Sebastian Caicedo (he/him), and I am the DEI Program Associate Co-op at NU PLACE. I am a second-year student majoring in health science and minoring in human services. Within the DEI space, I am determined to dismantle access barriers to career services for learners with historically marginalized identities at Northeastern. I wish to work with learners to empower them to reach their full potential — helping to navigate imposter syndrome, microaggressions, and professional development. Additionally, I hope to work with employers to establish accountable DEI practices and environments in their workplaces. My vision is for diverse learners to have the resources and support they need as they embark on their career journey, whether through co-op or full-time employment opportunities.
