Rachel is committed to addressing inequalities for underrepresented people and is constantly looking for the moments to create equity-based leadership and opportunities for people of color. Throughout her career, she has constantly fought for the communities who have not been given the same opportunities as even the average. She believes that education is the key to a successful future – not only for individuals but for society as a whole and that empowering leaders to create change within underrepresented communities is vital. As a daughter of immigrants and the first female in my family to attend university, she knows what it is like to fight and hustle harder than those around her in order to find an opportunity.
