Hello! My name is Diane Ciarletta and I am the Director of the Career Design team at Northeastern University. I completed my BA in English and Psychology at Wheaton College and an M.Ed in Counseling and a Certificate in School Counseling at Northeastern. I am passionate about working with students with disabilities, and together with colleagues from the Northeastern University Disability Resource Center and Coop Department, formed NUConnect, an innovative model for assisting students with disabilities with finding employment. I hope NUPLACE can be a centralized hub where students, staff, employers and community partners can find resources and make connections around all things related to the intersection of career and identity.
