Requirements:
Autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals who have completed at least one year as an undergraduate OR graduates (college and masters level) who have received their degree. Must have an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis or similar neurodivergent profile. Should be interested in learning about different corporate work environments and improving job search skills
To participate, you must attend a minimum of 11 sessions out of 14 sessions (Participants are highly encouraged to attend all sessions): 3 training sessions & 11 company sessions; Additionally, candidate orientation session, and candidate post-program debrief meeting are required
