Harvard Summer Venture into Management

Summer Venture in Management is a one-week residential educational program for rising and graduating college seniors designed to increase diversity and opportunity in business education.

Majors / Focus: All majors welcome, interested in business
Access to Recruiters: Opportunity to connect with HBS faculty, students, and alumni
Expenses Paid: HBS covers all expenses, including room and board. However, you will need to arrange for your own transportation to and from the program. If needed, limited financial aid is available to cover travel expenses to the program.

Other Materials Needed: Secured summer position prior to beginning date, application, nomination form
Requirements: Are the first family member to attend college, or from a family with little business education or experience; Identify as a member of a group that is currently underrepresented in business schools and corporate America (e.g. African American, Latino, Native American, LGBTQ+); Or attend a school whose graduates are sometimes underrepresented in business schools and corporate America (e.g. community college as part of a four-year degree or predominantly minority college). Undocumented students are eligible to apply. International students are not eligible for SVMP. Please consider Peek (an online program) if you are an international student.
