Hello! My name is Elle Lisner (She/They), and I am the DEI Program Associate at NU PLACE. I am a third-year student majoring in Philosophy, with minors in Ethics; Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies; and Arabic. Within the DEI space, I am determined to dismantle access barriers to career services for learners with historically marginalized identities at Northeastern. My goal is to empower students in their professional journey by promoting our resources and events. This includes helping learners navigate imposter syndrome, microaggressions, and professional development. I will also be working with employers and campus partners to promote career equity and diverse opportunities.
